Rust-Oleum ROCEpoxy HS9300 is a two-component, rust-inhibitive epoxy primer for prepared steel, masonry and concrete. It provides a smooth foundation for compatible industrial topcoats, including ROCEpoxy 9100, ROCThane 9400 and ROCThane 9800.
