Surface Preparation
Proper surface preparation is critical for adhesion and long-term performance.
Surface must be clean, dry, and structurally sound
Remove all dirt, grease, oil, curing compounds, sealers, and contaminants
For new concrete, allow proper cure time before sealing
Mechanically grind or lightly profile smooth surfaces to ensure proper bond
Repair cracks or spalls prior to application
Moisture content should be within acceptable limits before sealing
Failure to properly prepare the surface may result in adhesion issues or premature failure.
Application Instructions (Water-Based System)
Mix thoroughly before use
Apply using a microfiber roller, pump sprayer, or low-pressure sprayer
Maintain a thin, even coat — do not over-apply
Apply in consistent sections to avoid lap marks
Backroll sprayed applications for uniform coverage
Allow proper dry time before applying additional coats (if required)
Recommended application temperature: 50–90°F
Dry Times (Typical Conditions)
Touch dry: 1–2 hours
Light foot traffic: 24 hours
Heavy traffic: 48 hours
Full cure: Up to 5–7 days
