Endurable Concrete Armor is a high-build, professional-grade epoxy coating designed for exceptional adhesion, durability, and versatility. Surface Preparation
Proper preparation is critical for epoxy adhesion and long-term performance.
Concrete must be clean, dry, and structurally sound
Remove all grease, oil, curing compounds, sealers, and contaminants
Mechanically grind surface to achieve proper concrete surface profile (CSP 2–3 recommended)
Repair cracks, spalls, or damaged areas prior to coating
Moisture levels must be within acceptable limits before application
Surface temperature should be between 50–90°F
Improper preparation may result in adhesion failure.
Mixing Instructions
Pre-mix Part A before combining
Combine Part A and Part B according to manufacturer ratio
Mechanically mix for 2–3 minutes until uniform
Do not hand mix
Avoid whipping air into the mixture
Application Instructions
Apply using a squeegee and backroll with a 3/8" nap roller
Maintain consistent film thickness
For broadcast systems, apply flakes or quartz into wet epoxy
Do not over-apply — maintain recommended spread rate
Work within pot life
